Our state of the art wire and plate rolling equipment is manned and supervised by skilled personnel with years of experience.

    First the material is casted into the appropriate shape. It gets broken down (reduced) by various rollers depending on the size of the final product.

We count on our "millers" 'to finish what has been formulated to be "the World's Finest Zolders"

    For Chopping our Chop Solder, or Clipping our Plate pieces, we must have our "millers" produce for us flat wire in a continuous roll. We demand a thickness continuity of no greater than .010 and no lower than .009

    Once this has been achieved and the product has passed its various quality control check points, it is manually inserted into the "chopper". It is set to chop in the various sizes to produce that perfect size to meet just about any application. Our most popular and convenient size is 1mm by 1.5mm in a .010 inch thickness.
