| PREPARATION |
It starts off with a formula that has been proven time and time again for color, consistency and overall malleability. Only when the purest silver and base metals are used with our formulations do you get the finest.

| SMELTING AND MIXING |
After our formulations and metals have been properly coordinated, they are placed in a clean graphite crucible and smelted. Prior to pouring the alloys are always mixed with a mixing rod to assure a homogeneous end product.

| POURING |
To end up with perfectly sized "shot", we pour our molten metal into another graphite crucible designed to exit the melted mass. The melt then trickles into our refrigerated water tank.

|
| SHOTTING |
By moving "the arm" that holds the melted alloy, the trickle pours in a semi-circle to prevent sticking, all the while the water tank is kept at a median temperature of no less than sixty degrees.

|
| PACKAGING |
After recovering the alloy from the tank through special screens it is dried and all moisture is removed. Special packaging is applied to prevent any contamination with other alloys.
